Retro York Caravan. in SUTHERLAND, New South Wales for sale

I have for sale my 16 ft York caravan. It is in good condition and road registered.
I have had the wheel bearings replaced and the over ride breaks serviced.
The gas has been certified and a new two stage regulator and 9kg gas bottle added in the past year.
The power points have been replaced with double pole points (as per regulations)
The van comes with a full annex,that has seen little use.
The fridge is a two way (240 volt and gas) there was no 12 volt in this model.it works very well on both.
There are new retro curtains that fir the image of hollidays in by gone days.
There is a 17 inch 12 volt⁄240 flat screan,it has a dvd player inbuilt that does not work.But the TV works very well. the TV has a wall mount that will come with the van.(if price is met)
Reluctant sale,only selling because we live on a block of land that is steep and we cant get the van up our driveway,it is costing us too much to store it.The caravan comes with the usual water marks from past leaks,we have been away in absolute down poors and it hasnt let us down.The York tows very well and is by todays standards fairly light.
