We have a large office available in a 70sqm commercial space. The commercial space is on the ground floor with 4 other commercial spaces with residential real estate higher in the building.
The broad office comes with a fridge, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, printer, scanner, shredder and a few other bits and peices for you to use.
Your individual office space has a locked door for your privacy, a lounge for guests/customers, huge book case, a smaller case, a L shape desk with draws and 3 office chairs. 2 for guests and one for you which is back executive chair. In the bookcase we'll leave 20+ folders untouched for your use, fake flowers and same book stands etc.
There are 2 offices in this space with a reception area. The reception area has 2 individual lounges for vistors with plants/flowers. The receptionist area has a printer for general use which is also a scanner/copier plus a shredder next to it.
We'll leave behind a few cartridges and reams of paper but once these run out, the individual would need to replace based on their use. Nespresso machine has 20 or so pods left and same again if you want to use more.
The space has its own bathroom and sink which is purely for the commerical space only.
At present the second office is rented by a mortgage broker who is keen to stay. He is low key and keeps to himself so there will be no issues there. He has been here for over a year already.
You can have signage if you wish.
Internet, electricty and water will be split between the two offices but would around $40, $50, $50 per month respecitvely.
The office is fully airconditioned
The receptionst area can be included without cost if you have another staff member but we would need to talk more about this if interested.
We have a cleaner which comes every second Tuesday, she can continue on with you if you wish also.
